The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, France.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat rate of EUR 6.50 per order for shipping costs.

When delivering to German islands, an island surcharge of EUR 25.00 will be added to the shipping costs.

When sending bulky goods (forwarding) we charge as follows:
Shipping surcharge €55.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows: 100.00 EUR.
When sending bulky goods (forwarding) abroad, we charge as follows:
100.00 EUR

Delivery times

Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 5-7 days, for deliveries abroad within 7-10 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Further payment details

If payment is made on invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 14 days.
